As of the 2023-4 academic school year, the university ehtics committees are as follows:
Supreme Ethics Committee
The committee includes at least seven members from the different faculties and schools, and a representative of the public.
Faculty Ethics Committees
Each committee has at least five members whose knowledge and skills reflect the academic disciplines and the expertise that are relevant to the research activities submitted to that committee, as well as a representative of the public.
The committees are:
- A joint ethics committee of the Faculty of the Humanities, the Faculty of Law and the School of Education
- An ethics committee of the Business School
- An ethics committee of the School of Social Work
- A joint ethics committee of the Faculties and Schools of Medical Sciences, the Faculty of Sciences, the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment, and the School of Computer Science and Engineering
- A joint ethics committee of the Faculty of Social Sciences and ELSC
