The Technical and Financial reports must be completed in cooperation with the Authority's EU financial team.

The head of the EU financial team is Mr. Ron Meir Locker (ronlo@savion.huji.ac.il, 02-6586619).

The reports are completed in an online template accessed through the Grant Management Services area via the Funding & Tenders portal.
