After the approval of the EU funding for the grant, the process of signature is called Grant Agreement Preparations (GAP).

EU Desk personnel will assist during the process, which may take between several weeks to several months.
In case of a consortium, the GAP process is the responsibility of the Coordinator who will contact the EU Desk for the needed information.
